What a fantastic day we had at the inaugural Geeks & Treats event in Rhyl! 🎬🦸‍♂️🧙‍♀️

We were delighted to be part of the very first event, taking along our Jurassic Park Gates prop and, of course, our inflatable dinosaur to create a Jurassic-themed photo opportunity for visitors throughout the day. 🦖📸

From the moment the doors opened, it was brilliant to see the venue buzzing with cosplayers, families, collectors, traders, gamers and fellow geeks, all coming together to celebrate everything from superheroes and sci-fi to fantasy, film and gaming.

Our Jurassic Park setup proved to be a real hit, with people of all ages stopping by to pose in front of the gates and grab a photo with our rather large prehistoric guest! Seeing everyone's reactions, costumes and creativity made it such an enjoyable experience for us.

A huge thank you to the Geeks & Treats team for putting together such a fantastic first event and for inviting JEM Prop Hire to be part of it. Events like this don't happen without an incredible amount of work behind the scenes, and it was clear just how much passion had gone into creating the day.

It was also great to be surrounded by so many fantastic guests, cosplayers, traders, clubs, displays and other businesses who all helped make the event what it was.

For JEM Prop Hire, it was a brilliant opportunity to bring one of our larger props out for everyone to enjoy — and we absolutely loved seeing the Jurassic Park Gates become part of so many people's photos and memories from the day.

If this was the first Geeks & Treats, we can't wait to see what comes next! 👀
