Alongside our growing prop catalogue, JEM Prop Hire has an in-house team that designs and builds custom pieces for weddings, corporate events, theatres, brand activations, schools, and private celebrations. Whether you need a single show-stopping feature or a full themed environment, we work with you from first idea to final install.
How it works
Step 1
Share your brief
Tell us about your event, theme, venue, and budget. Sketches, mood boards, and reference images are all welcome — but a conversation is enough to get started.

Concept & quote
Our in-house team scopes the build, materials, and logistics, then comes back with a clear, no-obligation quote and timeline.
Step 3
Build & finish
We design, construct, and finish your prop in our workshop, keeping you updated if the scope shifts along the way.
Step 4
Deliver, install & collect
On the day, we deliver and install where needed, then collect after your event — the same end-to-end service as our hire collection.
